2018 Clair de Lune White Blend

This White Wine Blend is sure to soar. Named after the founder's first Bernese Mountain Dog, Jura Claire de Lune, this wine is royal. This is 80% Riesling and 20% Gewurztraminer. Enjoy!

While it is never easy to compensate for Mother Nature’s peculiarities, this wine is undoubtedly enhanced by the work we did in the vineyard. The Riesling came from Kristy’s Vineyard and the Gewürztraminer from Los Ositos Vineyard just south of Greenfield, California along the Highway 101 corridor. Both vineyards are certified Sustainable under the SIP certification program. The grapes were machine harvested in late October.

These grapes were vinified separately at Scheid Winery in Greenfield and the blend was artfully assembled by Eric Laumann of Cambiata fame.
